Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will own backlog, translate operational needs into epics and user stories for development teams, and act as a SME for Manhattan WMS capabilities.

You will collaborate with ERP/TMS interfaces, drive end-to-end testing, and ensure seamless integration between Manhattan Scale/Active and external systems while supporting continuous improvement and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: act as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
