Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will own backlog and requirements, translating needs into epics and user stories for development teams, collaborating across functions to ensure delivery.

You will drive API integrations, design end-to-end test plans, and serve as the SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS configurations and architecture.

Qualifications

10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
6–8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
Strong knowledge of WMS configuration and SQL querying.
Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Supply Chain or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Own Backlog & Requirements: translate operational needs into epics, stories, and specs for development teams.
Lead Technical Integration: map and evaluate APIs (REST/SOAP), EDI, and interfaces between WMS and ERP/TMS.
Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing for complex supply chain edge cases.
Provide System Expertise: act as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active WMS configurations and architecture.
