Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development by transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active.

You will own backlog, drive API integrations with ERP/TMS, and design comprehensive end-to-end tests to validate edge cases before UAT. A strong background in WMS and agile delivery is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT enterprise application experience, including 6-8 years with Manhattan Scale/Active.
• Strong WMS module configuration, SQL querying, and system integration standards.
• Proven end-to-end flow testing, root-cause analysis, and stakeholder bridging.
• CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog and requirements, translate needs into epics and user stories.
• Lead technical integration between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS using REST/SOAP, EDI, DB interfaces.
• Design and execute end-to-end testing for complex supply chain scenarios.
• Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS configurations and architecture.
