Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team in Mexico. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development, transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active.
You will own the backlog, lead integrations with ERP and TMS, and drive comprehensive end-to-end testing to ensure robust supply chain execution.
Qualifications
- 10+ years IT enterprise application experience with focus on WMS platforms.
- 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT; CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs for development teams.
- Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
- Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
- Provide System Expertise: Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS configurations and architecture.
