Job summary

Iron Mountain in Mexico seeks an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team. You will own backlog and requirements, defining epics and stories for development teams, and serve as the SME for Manhattan Scale and Active WMS configurations and architecture.

You will map REST/SOAP APIs and interfaces with ERP/TMS, lead end-to-end flow testing, and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
