Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development by turning complex logistics needs into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active.

You will own backlog, drive API/EDI integrations, and lead end-to-end testing to ensure robust supply chain execution across systems. Located in Mexico with competitive compensation and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.
6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, perform root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).

Responsibilities

Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into epics, user stories, and specifications for development teams.
Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing for complex supply chain edge cases.
Provide System Expertise: Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
