Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development teams by translating complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active.

You will own the backlog, drive API integrations, and guide end-to-end testing while applying strong knowledge of SQL, data interfaces, and Agile practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years on Manhattan Scale/Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements; translate operational needs into epics, user stories and specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive end-to-end testing and lifecycle validation of supply chain edge cases.
• Provide system expertise for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active configurations and architecture.
