Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will own backlog, elicit operational needs, and translate them into epics and stories for our Manhattan WMS platform.

You will map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS, drive end-to-end testing, and act as the subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active configurations and architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field required.
• 10+ years in IT enterprise applications.
• 6-8 years with Manhattan Scale/Manhattan Active.
• CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog and requirements for development teams.
• Lead technical integration with ERP/TMS via REST/SOAP, EDI, and DB interfaces.
• Design end-to-end flow testing and UAT.
• Provide SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active capabilities and configurations.
