Job summary
Iron Mountain seeks an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations with IT. You will transform complex logistics needs into scalable Manhattan Scale/Active WMS solutions, guiding enterprise software strategy.
You will own backlog, define epics and technical specs, collaborate on ERP/TMS integrations, and drive end-to-end testing. A deep background in WMS configurations and API integrations is required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years IT enterprise application experience with 6-8 years on Manhattan Scale/Manhattan Active.
- Strong WMS configuration, SQL, API integration standards, and Agile delivery.
Responsibilities
- Own Backlog & Requirements: define epics, user stories, and specs for dev teams.
- Lead Technical Integration: map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and interfaces with ERP/TMS.
- Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end tests for complex logistics scenarios.
- Provide System Expertise: act as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active WMS configurations and architecture.
