Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS in a global logistics context. The role bridges warehouse operations and IT development by translating complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active.

You will shape our enterprise software footprint and drive integration with ERP/TMS systems. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT enterprise apps, 6-8 years with Manhattan platforms, strong WMS configuration, SQL, and Agile

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
• CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.
• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years on Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories, and specs for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.
