Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team. You will own the backlog, translate operational needs into epics and stories, and lead integration across Manhattan WMS with ERP/TMS systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate into epics, user stories and specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate APIs, EDI, and DB interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle testing before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active configurations and architecture.
