Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team. You will own the backlog, translate operational needs into epics and stories, and coordinate integrations between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS systems.

You will act as the SME for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active configurations and ensure robust testing and delivery within an Agile framework. Location is Mexico with competitive compensation and learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years in IT enterprise applications, with 6-8 years on Manhattan Scale/Manhattan Active.
• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent; CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements: translate needs into epics, stories and specs for dev teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: map/evaluate APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end tests for complex supply chain scenarios.
• Provide System Expertise: be SME for Manhattan Scale/Active capabilities and configurations.
