Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Technical Lead based in the LATAM region to support a high-traffic live hiring events platform. You will troubleshoot production issues, drive incident management, and lead engineering efforts across concurrent initiatives while ensuring SLAs and reliability.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong backend development experience with Java/Spring Boot and Python/Django.
• Frontend experience with React; experience with Kafka, GraphQL, SQL and MongoDB.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues impacting live hiring events.
• Partner with Client Support and GTM teams to triage and address tickets.
• Monitor production environments, respond to alerts, outages, and performance degradation.
• Lead engineering efforts and provide guidance to team members.
