Capgemini Engineering seeks a Technical Lead (LATAM) to support live hiring events, focusing on production reliability, incident management, and technical leadership. You will troubleshoot complex issues, work with client-facing teams, and guide engineers across multiple initiatives.

The role requires 7+ years of software engineering, strong Java/Spring Boot backend experience, React frontend skills, and familiarity with Kafka/GraphQL/SQL or MongoDB. Leadership and ownership are essential.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong backend experience with Java, Spring Boot, Python, Django.
• Frontend experience with React.
• Experience with Kafka, GraphQL, SQL and/or MongoDB.
• Build and deployment experience.
• Experience with Dagster, Data Lakes or Amazon Athena.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues impacting live hiring events.
• Partner with Client Support and GTM to triage support tickets.
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents and SLA adherence.
• Monitor production environments and respond to alerts and outages.
• Support architecture changes and system integrations.
• Maintain and update business event logic as upstream systems evolve.
• Drive technical investigations using data and system metrics.
• Lead engineering efforts and mentor other team members.
