Technical Lead (#136105)

We are seeking a Technical Lead based in LATAM to support Hiring Events, a live, high-traffic production platform. This role is heavily focused on production support, incident management, system reliability, technical leadership, and maintaining business-critical event operations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable troubleshooting complex production issues, working directly with client-facing teams, and leading engineering efforts across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues impacting live hiring events.
• Partner closely with Client Support and GTM teams to triage and address support tickets.
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents and SLA adherence.
• Monitor production environments and respond to alerts, outages, and performance degradation.
• Support architecture changes and system integrations.
• Maintain and update business event logic as upstream systems evolve.
• Drive technical investigations using data and system metrics.
• Lead engineering efforts and provide guidance to other team members.
