AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Technical Lead to resolve production issues on a live, high‑traffic hiring product. You will pair deep technical ownership across Java, Python, and React with the ability to lead and mentor engineers through ambiguity.

This role blends hands‑on engineering with real client impact, keeping complex systems reliable under pressure. This role requires strong backend expertise, experience with event‑driven architectures, and the ability to own tasks end‑to‑end

Formación

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong backend in Java/Spring Boot, with Django/Python as secondary backend.
• Frontend experience with React.
• Experience with Kafka and GraphQL in production systems.
• Solid SQL or MongoDB experience for data stores.
• Hands-on build and deployment experience.
• Familiarity with data tooling like Dagster, Data Lakes, or Athena.
• Proven technical leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication in English, especially in cross‑functional setups.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and resolve production issues in a high‑traffic hiring product.
• Collaborate with client-facing teams to triage support tickets.
• Drive timely resolution to meet SLAs and uptime targets.
• Monitor production systems and respond to alerts or degradation.
• Support architecture changes and integrations impacting events.
• Maintain event logic updates due to dependency changes.
