AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Technical Lead to resolve production issues on a live, high-traffic hiring product. You will pair deep technical ownership across Java, Python, and React with the ability to lead and mentor engineers through ambiguity.

This role blends hands-on engineering with real client impact, keeping complex systems reliable under pressure. You will analyze production issues, triage tickets, and drive timely resolutions while supporting architecture changes.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Java/Spring Boot as the primary backend stack.
• Django/Python as a secondary backend stack.
• React for frontend development.
• Build and deployment experience.
• Experience with Dagster, Data Lakes, or Amazon Athena.
• Strong technical leadership with ownership across projects.
• Clear communication and ability to navigate ambiguity.

Responsabilidades
