AgileEngine seeks a Full Stack Technical Lead to resolve production issues on a live, high-traffic hiring product. You will pair deep technical ownership across Java, Python, and React with the ability to lead and mentor engineers through ambiguity.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Technical leadership experience including mentoring engineers and owning tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and resolve production issues in live, high-traffic environments.
• Partner with client-facing teams to triage and address support tickets.
• Drive timely issue resolution to meet SLAs.
• Monitor production systems and respond to alerts or performance degradation.
• Support architecture changes and system integrations affecting events.
• Maintain and update event logic in response to dependency changes.
