AgileEngine in Bogotá, Colombia, is seeking a Senior Full Stack Technical Lead to own live production issues on a high-traffic hiring platform. You will pair deep technical ownership across Java, Python, and React with the ability to mentor engineers through ambiguity and deliver client-impact solutions.

This role blends hands-on engineering with strategic leadership, ensuring system reliability while driving architecture changes and cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Java/Spring Boot as the primary backend stack; Django/Python as secondary backend stack.
• React for frontend development.
• Kafka in Event Management Backend.
• GraphQL in Backend stacks.
• SQL or MongoDB usage in Event & Lobby Backends.
• Build and deployment experience.
• Experience with Dagster, Data Lakes, or Amazon Athena.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and resolve production issues in live hiring events.
• Triage and address incoming support tickets with client-facing teams.
• Drive timely issue resolution to meet SLAs.
• Monitor production systems and respond to alerts.
• Support architecture changes and system integrations affecting hiring events.
• Maintain and update event logic with dependencies and upstream systems.
