AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Technical Lead to own and resolve production issues in a high-traffic hiring product. You will couple deep technical ownership across Java, Python, and React with the ability to mentor engineers through ambiguity.

This role blends hands-on engineering with client impact to keep systems reliable under pressure. You will lead, triage, and resolve issues, drive deployment, and coordinate with client teams to meet SLAs while advancing architecture and integrations

Formación

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Java/Spring Boot as the primary backend stack; Django/Python as secondary.
• React for frontend development; build and deployment experience.
• Experience with Dagster, Data Lakes, or Amazon Athena.
• Senior-level engineer able to ramp up quickly and own multiple projects.
• Strong ownership, autonomy, and ability to mentor others.
• Clear communication and ability to navigate ambiguity.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and resolve production issues, prioritizing ongoing hiring events.
• Triaging tickets with client-facing teams and meeting SLAs.
• Monitor production systems and respond to alerts or degradation.
• Support architecture changes and system integrations affecting events.
• Maintain and update event logic as dependencies evolve.
