AgileEngine is seeking a Technical Lead to drive end-to-end application engineering for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will own code quality and architectural direction, designing and deploying containerized Python and React apps, integrating AI-powered features, and mentoring senior engineers while upholding engineering standards.

Formación

• 7+ years of full-stack engineering experience with architectural ownership.
• Strong production experience with Python (FastAPI or Flask).
• Solid TypeScript/React experience (Next.js or modern state management).
• Comfortable with REST APIs, including migrating from GraphQL endpoints.
• Docker and relational databases (PostgreSQL) with migrations.
• Demonstrated experience building or maintaining data-heavy applications.
• AWS ecosystem with S3/Athena and Kubernetes concepts; collaboration with DevOps.
• Familiar with DAG-based orchestration like Airflow (not managing it).
• Mac/Linux terminal-centric environments; AI-assisted development tools usage.
• Strong soft skills to defend technical opinions and drive scalable solutions.
• Comfort with ambiguity and shaping problems before solving.

Responsabilidades

• Code Governance: Review PRs and enforce code quality to avoid spaghetti code.
• System Architecture: Design and deploy containerized apps using REST APIs.
• Technical Integration: Embed AI features and complex logic into the platform without disrupting workflows.
• AWS Ecosystem Engagement: Collaborate with DevOps on S3/Athena, EKS/Kubernetes.
• Team Leadership: Guide senior developers and align with engineering practices.
