AgileEngine, a fast-growing tech company, seeks a Technical Lead to drive end-to-end application engineering for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You will own code quality, architecture, and delivery of containerized Python and React apps while integrating AI-powered features and collaborating with DevOps teams.

You will guide senior engineers, enforce standards, and ensure long-term maintainability.

Formación

• 7+ years of full-stack engineering with architectural ownership.
• Proficient in Python using FastAPI or Flask.
• Solid experience with TypeScript and React; Next.js a plus.
• Experience designing REST APIs and migrating from GraphQL.
• Hands-on Docker and PostgreSQL experience, including migrations.
• Experience building data-heavy applications.
• Familiarity with S3/Athena and EKS/Kubernetes concepts.
• Aware of DAG orchestration like Airflow.
• Strong Bash and Makefiles skills.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Review PRs and enforce code quality standards.
• Design and deploy containerized applications using REST APIs.
• Embed complex logic and AI features into the platform without disruptions.
• Collaborate with DevOps; understand data stack and pipelines at a high level.
• Help define functional and non-functional requirements for the app.
• Lead senior developers and uphold engineering best practices.
