AgileEngine is seeking a Technical Lead to drive end-to-end application engineering for a large-scale marketing analytics platform. You’ll own code quality and architecture, leading senior engineers and collaborating with DevOps to deploy containerized Python and React applications.

You will embed AI features and ensure maintainability while meeting client standards. You should have 7+ years of full-stack experience with architectural ownership, strong Python (FastAPI/Flask) and React

Formación

• 7+ years of full-stack engineering with architectural ownership.
• Strong production experience with Python using FastAPI or Flask.
• Solid experience with TypeScript and React; Next.js knowledge is a plus.
• Experience designing and working with REST APIs, migrating from GraphQL.
• Hands-on with Docker and PostgreSQL, including migrations.
• Experience building data-heavy applications with large datasets and performance-focused queries.
• Familiarity with S3-based data lakes, serverless query engines, and Kubernetes concepts.
• Awareness of DAG-based orchestration (Airflow) or similar tooling.
• Strong Mac/Linux command-line skills (Bash/Makefiles).
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and responsible AI usage.
• Excellent communication and ability to defend technical opinions.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Review PRs and enforce code quality to prevent spaghetti code.
• Design and deploy containerized applications with REST APIs.
• Embed AI features and complex logic into existing platforms without disrupting workflows.
• Collaborate with DevOps; understand data stack and pipelines for requirements.
• Lead senior developers and ensure adherence to engineering standards.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements for data-driven apps.
