Clara is seeking a Forward-deployed Engineer to join the integration team. You will own the complete lifecycle of integrations for partners and customers, working hands-on with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ship connectors and data mappings.

You will collaborate with Platform/API squads to reuse primitives, ensure quality through observability and security, and deliver runbooks and playbooks for reliable handoffs across the Clara platform.

Formación

• Experience working directly with external partners or customers in a technical capacity

Responsabilidades

• Own the full integration lifecycle for partners and customers from qualification to handoff
• Build and configure integration connectors and data mappings using Clara's framework
• Coordinate with partner technical teams as the primary technical contact
• Leverage API primitives and event contracts with Platform/API squads
• Ensure integrations meet standards: idempotency, observability, secrets management, sandbox testing
• Deliver runbooks, dashboards, and support playbooks for successful handoffs
• Identify patterns to create shared libraries or configurations
