Clara is seeking a Forward-deployed Engineer to join its Latin America expansion. You will own the full integration lifecycle with external partners, write code, and shape the integration framework while collaborating with product, engineering and GTM teams.

You will build connectors, data mappings and partner adapters, working directly with customers and internal teams to deliver reliable, scalable integrations across the platform.

Formación

• 4+ years of backend software development with hands-on API integrations and data mapping.
• Experience collaborating with external partners or customers as the technical owner.
• Strong design sense for building integration solutions from scratch.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end integration lifecycle for partners and customers, from qualification to handoff.
• Run Phase 0 assessments mapping systems, data flows, risks, and build approach.
• Build and configure connectors, data mappings, and adapters using the integration framework.
• Coordinate with partner teams as the primary technical point of contact.
• Collaborate with Platform/API squads to leverage primitives and promote reuse.
• Ensure integrations meet standards: idempotency, observability, secrets mgmt, sandbox testing.
