Clara sits at the intersection of product engineering and GTM teams, embedding directly with partners and customers to ship integrations quickly. You will own the full integration lifecycle from qualification to handoff, writing real code and shaping the integration framework to scale.

You will collaborate with Platform/API squads, ensure idempotency and observability, and drive comprehensive handoffs with runbooks, dashboards, and on-call readiness while feeding learnings back into the platform.

Formación

• 4+ years of backend software development experience, with hands-on exposure to API integrations, webhooks, and data mapping.
• Strong proficiency in one or more backend languages (preferably Java) and comfort working across multiple systems and tech stacks.
• Working knowledge of observability fundamentals: logs, metrics, tracing, alerting, and SLOs.
• Exposure to integration platforms or connector frameworks (e.g. N8N, Zapier, or custom-built equivalents)
• Working proficiency in English and Spanish, or English and Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full integration lifecycle for partners and customers who need hands-on delivery support, qualification, scoping, build, and handoff
• Run Phase 0 qualification assessments — mapping systems, data flows, risk surface, and build approach before committing to timelines
• Build and configure integration connectors, data mappings, and partner adapters using Clara's integration framework and shared libraries
• Coordinate directly with partner technical teams throughout the build, acting as the primary technical point of contact
• Partner with Platform/API squads to leverage core primitives (webhooks, auth patterns, event contracts) and flag reuse opportunities
• Ensure every integration meets Clara's standards: idempotency, observability, secrets management, data minimization, and sandbox testing
• Drive clean handoffs — delivering runbooks, dashboards, on-call assignments, and support playbooks before marking an integration as done
• Feed learnings back into the platform: identify patterns that should become shared libraries or configuration
