Job summary

VTRAC Consulting Corporation seeks a Business Development Representative to build new partnerships and drive staffing services for tech and engineering clients. The role is remote (Colombia) with opportunities to work with US and Canadian markets.

You will organize resources, target potential clients, and maintain strong communications with clients and placed resources while meeting client standards and expectations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales and business development in technology or related fields.
• Strong networking and inbound/outbound outreach experience.
• Excellent English communications, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with clients in engineering and IT.
• Coordinate resources to deliver Recruiting/Staffing services successfully.
• Market selective resources to targeted prospective clients.
• Communicate with clients and candidates, retaining relationships and supporting placements.
• Ensure client standards and expectations are met during engagements.
