Job summary

Jeeves is seeking an experienced recruiter to own go-to-market requisitions from SDR to Sales Manager and revenue ops roles. You will own full-cycle recruiting, craft outbound sourcing strategies, and partner with sales leadership to calibrate roles and timelines.

Remote within Colombia, with the Bogota office available. This 3–6 month contract role requires fluent English and Spanish, plus strong sourcing and Lever experience to deliver quick outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting across GTM roles.
• Fluent English is required; Spanish fluent; Portuguese a plus.
• Based in Colombia with strong sourcing capability.
• Contract/agency experience preferred; fast results expected.
• Experience with an ATS; Lever is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across go-to-market requisitions.
• Develop and execute outbound sourcing strategies for passive candidates.
• Partner with sales leadership on role calibration and timelines.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in Lever for visibility.
• Provide a consistent, professional candidate experience.
