Talentuch is seeking an IT Recruiter based in Colombia to deliver long-term, remote, B2B recruitment services for international clients. You will manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing through placement, partnering with Talentuch on multiple vacancies and embracing an independent contractor role. The role offers a fixed monthly fee plus KPI and placement bonuses, with remote collaboration from Colombia and availability aligned to US business hours.

Formación

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT or technical recruitment.
• Strong hands-on sourcing experience.
• Strong spoken and written English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage technical and non-technical vacancies from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and other channels.
• Screen candidates for skills, experience, motivation, and cultural fit.
• Prepare clear candidate summaries and submit qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Maintain active candidate pipelines across multiple vacancies.
• Follow up proactively with candidates and hiring managers to keep recruitment processes moving.
• Track submissions, interviews, offers, placements, and recruitment metrics.
• Provide recruitment updates and pipeline statistics.
• Proactively match available candidates with relevant openings across Talentuch clients.
• Identify recruitment challenges and recommend solutions.
• Take ownership of your vacancies and drive them toward successful placement.
