Publicis Global Delivery (PGD) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support end-to-end recruitment for technical and professional roles. You will source, screen, coordinate, and manage hiring processes across multiple requisitions, delivering a positive candidate experience.

Candidates need 2+ years in TA, strong sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, high-volume experience, and English at least B2. You will work across regional or international hiring while maintaining ATS data.

• Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to screen candidates and assess alignment with role requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes across technical and professional roles.
• Conduct active sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Perform phone screenings to assess qualifications, motivation, and fit.
• Coordinate assessments, interviews, and hiring process logistics.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and ATS updates.
• Manage multiple open requisitions while meeting hiring timelines.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout all stages.
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and internal teams to support hiring needs.
• Support high-volume recruitment when required.

Job Description

Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring an efficient hiring experience for candidates and internal teams. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, coordination, and process execution while contributing to hiring goals across multiple requisitions. 6 month contract

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition.
• Experience managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Experience in high-volume recruiting environments.
• Strong sourcing skills, including experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to effectively screen candidates and assess alignment with role requirements.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and candidate management skills.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• B2 English level or above (written and spoken).
• Experience using ATS tools (e.g., Workable, Greenhouse, Lever, SuccessFactors, or similar).
