Publicis Global Delivery (PGD) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support regional Talent teams and recruit across Data, Technology, Media, and Production for LATAM markets (Colombia, Costa Rica, Peru). The role requires a proactive, highly organized professional comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, build pipelines, conduct intakes and interviews, use multiple sourcing channels, and collaborate with hiring teams to ensure

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to manage multiple roles.
• Good English level for interviews and internal communication.
• Proactive, organized, resourceful, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ATS systems and recruitment tools.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end, high-volume recruitment processes for multiple roles across Data, Tech, Media, and Production.
• Conduct job intakes, sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and presenting candidates to hiring managers.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurrent and hard-to-fill roles.
• Utilize multiple sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, talent communities, etc.).
• Manage candidate experience throughout the full recruitment cycle with clear communication and follow-up.
• Collaborate closely with hiring teams across Colombia, Costa Rica, and Peru to understand needs and ensure process alignment.
• Track, update, and report KPIs, including pipeline health, time-to-fill, and quality of hire.
• Ensure all recruiting activities adhere to PGD hiring standards and internal processes.
