Publicis Groupe through PGD is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support regional hiring across LATAM, including Colombia, Costa Rica, and Peru. The role focuses on identifying and attracting talent in Data, Technology, Media, and Production, in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and able to manage multiple roles with strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills, plus a good command of English for interviews and collaboration

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment (high-volume hiring).
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Good English level for interviews and internal communication.
• Proactive, organized, resourceful, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end, high-volume recruitment processes across Data, Tech, Media, and Production.
• Conduct job intakes, sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and presenting candidates.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurrent and hard-to-fill roles.
• Utilize multiple sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, talent communities).
• Manage candidate experience with clear communication and follow-up.
• Collaborate with hiring teams across Colombia, Costa Rica, and Peru to ensure alignment.
• Track and report KPIs, including pipeline health, time-to-fill, and quality of hire.
• Ensure recruiting activities adhere to PGD hiring standards and processes.
