Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong sales and marketing skills, business acumen, target orientation, and planning capabilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to hit monthly targets.
• Prospect and manage customers and distributors, delivering profitable business proposals.
• Implement trade and marketing strategies with distributors to drive sell-in, sell-out, and market share.
• Monitor market and competitor activity, including pricing, products, promotions, trends.
• Coordinate sales force development and manage demand forecasting.
