Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition Sourcing in Bogotá, Colombia. You will develop strategic sourcing initiatives, partner with recruiters and leaders, and build diverse talent pipelines across multiple functions and regions.

You will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools, analyse market trends, and drive continuous improvement in sourcing processes while collaborating with DE&I and HR partners to meet workforce goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field required.
• Advanced degree or relevant professional certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to identify and engage qualified talent across functions, geographies, and business units.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand workforce plans, hiring needs, and critical talent requirements.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through market mapping, networking, research, and talent engagement activities.
• Utilise sourcing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, talent communities, social media, referrals, and industry events.
• Analyse labour market trends, competitor hiring practices, and workforce insights to inform sourcing strategies and decisions.
• Conduct talent mapping and competitive intelligence to identify emerging talent pools.
