Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Manager, TA LATAM, located in Bogotá, Colombia. This role leads talent acquisition across LATAM, delivering high-quality recruiting strategies that enable business growth and acts as a trusted advisor to leaders.

You will partner with HR and business leaders, oversee end-to-end recruitment, analyze workforce data, coach recruiters, and ensure diverse, compliant hiring across multiple countries as part of DePuy Synthes integration.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR.
• Experience leading full-cycle recruiting and aligning hiring plans with business needs.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret workforce data and trends.
• Experience advising leaders on hiring strategies and talent decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to coach and develop team members.
• Fluent Spanish and English; Portuguese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies across LATAM, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with business leaders to assess current and future hiring needs and align recruiting plans to long-term workforce strategies.
• Manage and optimize recruiting processes, systems, and tools to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
• Analyze workforce data and market trends to develop actionable talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
• Oversee and coach recruiters and team members, fostering capability building and performance management.
• Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and external partners to deliver hiring goals and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies and diversity and inclusion standards throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
