Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Contingent Labor Procurement, Americas, based in Bogota, Colombia. You will lead regional sourcing for HR services contingent labor, managing a substantial spend and partnering with senior stakeholders to drive value and compliance.

The role requires at least 5 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree (masters preferred), strong leadership and communication, and the ability to navigate multi-country procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant work experience.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and senior-exec communication.
• Experience with HR services procurement and contingent labor.
• Ability to analyze data and manage supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier relationships and monitor contract negotiations.
• Ensure execution of category strategies including sourcing and negotiations.
• Develop procurement strategies aligned with business needs.
• Develop and maintain processes, SOPs, and operating principles.
• Lead meetings and report to Global Procurement Leadership.
• Manage JJIM, Med Tech initiatives in the procurement portfolio.
