Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for MedTech Supply Chain in the Americas, based in Bogota, Colombia. You will own full-cycle recruitment, lead talent delivery, and optimize the candidate and hiring manager experience across the region.

The role requires 4+ years in recruiting, a Bachelor's degree, and fluency in English and Spanish, with Portuguese a plus. You will collaborate with leaders and build a sustainable talent pipeline while enabling agile recruitment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 4 years of recruiting experience in corporate and/or agency settings.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required; Portuguese helpful.
• Data-driven talent acquisition experience and capability to translate market insights into pipelines.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills for internal and external partners.
• Experience with MedTech recruitment and North America a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for MedTech Supply Chain across the Americas.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines via proactive sourcing and candidate engagement.
• Provide talent insights and market data to hiring leaders and partners.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing TA team and relationships with business units.
