Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, a global leader in health care, seeks a Director of Procurement Operations in Bogotá, Colombia. You will lead regional teams and drive the Source-to-Pay and Requisition-to-Pay functions to deliver compliant, high‑quality services aligned with global strategies.

You will balance global standards with local requirements, manage supplier relationships, optimize processes, and advance automation initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent university degree is required.
• MBA, master’s degree, or another advanced degree is preferred.
• 10–12 years of Procurement, Finance, or other relevant business experience, with a minimum of 7 years in a management role.
• Prior experience leading large teams in a complex matrixed structure and managing key stakeholders.
• Experience with SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, ServiceNow, Coupa, Power BI, or comparable platforms.
• Fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese proficiency is preferred.
• Up to 5% domestic and international travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop regional managers and professionals.
• Oversee Source-to-Contract operations (sourcing events, price/terms, drafting, execution).
• Oversee Requisition-to-Pay operations (AP, payments, PO lifecycle).
• Own performance across Source-to-Pay portfolio; ensure service levels and compliance.
• Establish regional governance, SLAs, dashboards, capacity plans, escalation paths.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Compliance, IT, and business leaders to align services.
• Drive continuous improvements in user/supplier experience, cost, and efficiency.
• Support automation/AI initiatives; define requirements and adoption measures.
