Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Bogotá, Colombia, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Latin America Talent Acquisition Team. You will recruit top talent for Commercial operations and support areas in our Bogota office, building strong partnerships with hiring managers and delivering impactful recruitment strategies.

You will drive agile recruiting, end-to-end processes, and data-driven decisions, crafting diverse candidate pools and utilizing digital sourcing to attract candidates

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required.
• Portuguese and Spanish preferred.
• At least 4 years of recruitment experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience recruiting for Panama is highly preferred.

About the Role
