Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in talent acquisition or sourcing.
• Proven experience building and executing sourcing strategies across functions and regions.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM and talent intelligence platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret labour market data and recruitment metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives across functions, geographies, and business units.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand workforce plans and talent needs.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through market mapping, networking, research, and engagement.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, referrals, and events.
• Monitor sourcing metrics and pipeline health to drive improvements in hiring outcomes.
