Libertex Group in Bogotá is seeking an experienced HR Manager/Recruiter to oversee end-to-end recruitment, attract talent, and support employees across multiple functions.

You will design strategies, manage the full cycle from postings to offers, analyze labor market data, and drive onboarding, retention programs, and HR policy guidance in a fast-growing fintech environment. English proficiency required; USD compensation and 21 days annual leave are offered.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR/recruitment role.
• Deep knowledge of recruitment processes and HR management.
• Experience recruiting across Sales, Marketing, Finance and other functions.
• Excellent communication and ability to interact with candidates and employees.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in high-pressure environments.
• Experience with HR systems and recruitment tools.
• English level: Upper Intermediate.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: from creating job postings to conducting interviews and extending job offers.
• Define candidate requirements and develop job descriptions.
• Gather and analyze labor market data, salary competitiveness, and other factors affecting talent acquisition.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates for fit with company requirements.
• Manage the onboarding process for new employees and provide ongoing support.
• Develop and implement programs for employee retention and development.
• Advise management on HR matters and personnel policies.
• Maintain recruitment process reports and provide regular updates on recruitment outcomes.
