United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Bogotá to support full-cycle recruitment for tech and non-technical roles. The role emphasizes sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews within a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of recruitment experience, strong English and Spanish communication, and familiarity with ATS tools like Greenhouse.

Formación

• Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment or staffing.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and pipelines.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and data-driven recruitment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Support full-cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions across technical and non-technical functions.
• Execute sourcing plans defined for each engagement using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and internal pools.
• Conduct initial candidate evaluations, including resume review and screening calls, and present shortlists.
