Job summary

TalentoHC, based in Medellín, seeks a Practice Director to lead growth and transformation of a strategic practice, client portfolio, or market across Colombia. This role blends commercial leadership, talent delivery, and advisory services to scale the practice and drive measurable impact.

You will own proposals, manage forecasts, oversee resource allocation, and build a high-performing team while strengthening TalentoHC’s position as a strategic human capital partner in the Americas and beyond.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in recruiting, executive search, staffing, talent acquisition, human capital, or related services.
• Proven success leading complex customer relationships and expanding accounts.
• Proven ability to generate new business, develop pipelines, and translate needs into growth.
• 7+ years leading recruiting professionals.
• Fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and strategic development of the assigned practice or market within TalentoHC.
• Build and manage a commercial strategy, identify opportunities and convert them into partnerships.
• Develop deep relationships with business leaders, HR executives, and hiring managers.
• Provide advisory on talent delivery, search strategy, and value-aligned outcomes.
• Lead and develop the team, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
