Qualifications

• 8+ years in recruiting, executive search, staffing, talent acquisition, or related services.
• Demonstrated success leading complex customer relationships and expanding accounts.
• 7+ years leading, developing, hiring, or onboarding recruiting professionals.
• Fluent English and strong advisory capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and strategic development of the assigned practice in Medellín.
• Develop commercial strategy, pipeline, and long-term customer partnerships.
• Oversee talent delivery, client advisory, and search quality.
• Build and coach a high-performing team to scale the practice.
• Translate business needs into tailored talent and human capital solutions.
