A leading global service provider in Colombia is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join their sales team. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities through effective prospecting and relationship management. Candidates should have at least 3 years of IT/software B2B sales experience and strong communication and negotiation skills. This position offers the chance to work with teams and leverage Microsoft resources to meet customer needs and achieve sales objectives.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years in IT/software B2B sales (End-to-end sales cycle)
• Experience with Microsoft Sales Framework
• Ability to manage account and contact plans effectively

Responsabilidades

• Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound and inbound prospecting activities.
• Utilize consultative selling techniques and become a trusted advisor.
• Manage a high volume of meetings while implementing account plans.

Conocimientos

Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher

Advanced organizational skills

Advanced negotiation skills

Experience in closing high-value deals

Ability to lead cross-functional teams

Fluency with basic productivity tools

Experience using a CRM system
