Job summary

Forte Group in Colombia seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR partnership across the organization and support the full employee lifecycle, with emphasis on performance, engagement, and retention.

You will collaborate with leadership to shape HR strategy, manage onboarding, development plans, salary discussions, and HR Projects while maintaining accurate records and HRIS data. Fluency in English is required and Google Workspace proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of HRBP/HR PP experience, ideally in a multinational or IT environment.
• Experience supporting the full employee lifecycle with emphasis on performance, engagement and retention.
• Strong interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding and offboarding experiences for employees.
• Drive performance review cycles and support development planning.
• Support retention initiatives and salary discussions with leadership.
• Analyze engagement data and provide actionable insights to leadership.
