Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Sr. HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to the business, partnering with leaders to drive people initiatives, strengthen organizational performance, support key business decisions, and ensure talent strategies are aligned with business priorities.

This role will collaborate closely with leaders to drive people initiatives, organizational design, culture, wellbeing, and ensure compliance with Colombian labor regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• 2–3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
• Experience in multinational or technology-driven environments is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge across key HR areas, including Talent Acquisition, Organizational Design, Culture, and Wellbeing.
• Knowledge of Colombian Labor Law and social security regulations is highly desirable.

• Identify opportunities for organizational improvement and lead change management initiatives.
• Provide data-driven insights to support leaders in making informed people and organizational decisions.
• Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding through strategic offboarding.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs) during performance management cycles, promoting a strong and actionable feedback culture.
• Support compliance with Colombian labor regulations and HR policies.
• Partner with leaders on talent, organizational design, culture, wellbeing, and other key people initiatives.
