Confidential, a multinational organization, is seeking an experienced Sr. HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor and align people initiatives with business priorities in Medellín, Colombia.

This role partners with leaders to drive organizational performance and oversee the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. The successful candidate will bring 5+ years in HR, 2–3 years in an HRBP/HR Generalist role, and strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition, Organizational Design,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• 2–3 years as HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
• Experience in multinational or technology-driven environments is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge across Talent Acquisition, Organizational Design, Culture, and Wellbeing.
• Knowledge of Colombian Labor Law and social security regulations is highly desirable.
• English proficiency: B2+.

Responsabilités

• Identify opportunities for organizational improvement and lead change management initiatives.
• Provide data-driven insights to support leaders in making informed people decisions.
• Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding through strategic offboarding.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs) during performance management cycles, promoting a strong and actionable feedback culture.
• Support compliance with Colombian labor regulations and HR policies.
• Partner with leaders on talent, organizational design, culture, wellbeing, and other key people initiatives.
