Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or senior executive support.
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets, forecasts, contracts, or procurement processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with strong attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups), PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, track, and report on strategic initiatives, priorities, and executive action items across Strategy and Growth.
• Translate SVP’s goals into project plans with milestones, owners, and deadlines.
• Establish and run the function’s operating cadence, with weekly reviews and quarterly planning support.
• Drive accountability by following up on commitments, deliverables, and deadlines with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
• Build dashboards and executive reports for real-time visibility into initiatives, partnerships, and pipeline status.
• Prepare recurring status reports that summarize progress, risks, and decisions needed.
• Identify process gaps and design streamlined workflows and SOPs to improve efficiency.
• Manage special projects from scoping to completion.
• Track budgets, forecasts and spending; reconcile actuals to budget monthly.
• Manage the contract lifecycle for partner, client, and vendor agreements.
• Coordinate procurement activities and vendor onboarding.
• Oversee invoicing and coordinate with Finance to resolve discrepancies.
• Review and code department expenses and purchase requests.
• Support business development efforts, including market research, proposals, pricing worksheets.
• Maintain partner/client records and pipeline reporting.
• Plan and coordinate customer meetings, conferences, and events.
• Draft executive communications and manage the SVP’s calendar and travel.
