Job summary

Ready is seeking a strategic leader to identify and build the next major sources of enterprise value. You will partner with the CEO and executive team to validate opportunities, shape the market, and turn insights into scalable products and GTM motions.

This hands-on role thrives in ambiguity, building playbooks and driving lighthouse customers while increasing long-term enterprise value across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership across strategy, GTM, business development, product, or enterprise tech.
• Track record turning ambiguous opportunities into executable strategies and measurable outcomes.
• Strong commercial instincts with experience in new markets and complex enterprise deals.
• Ability to move across market strategy, discovery, product, finance, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize Ready's highest-value strategic opportunities.
• Own initiatives from thesis through commercialization including business case and GTM.
• Develop new markets, segments, use cases, and differentiated models.
• Build GTM motions with Product, Revenue, Partnerships, and Programs.
• Origin and advance high-value opportunities including enterprise agreements.
• Develop lighthouse customers and partners validating new markets and models.
• Translate market needs into scalable product opportunities with Product.
• Create repeatable playbooks and transition motions to core teams.
• Measure success by strategic revenue, pipeline, and long-term value.
